Dr. Joy Onyesoh is a Breakthrough and Transformative Leadership coach. She is also a mom of three amazing teenagers. Her mission is to serve passionate women who are willing to unlock their potentials for growth , build confidence in the face of uncertainty and are desirous to experience a life of unlimited abundance .

Dr Joy Onyesoh’s story is one of resilience, commitment and purpose. There was a time in her life when she constantly questioned the essence of life and sought for meaning. This journey of discovery and clarity was compounded by the birth and nurturing process of her daughter, Adaeze who is living with a rare bone disorder called brittle bone disease. Her birth opened Joy up to being vulnerable in ways that she never imagined. She had a difficult time caring for a child with special needs and also handling the labeling society threw at her coupled with the loss of livelihood, as her business collapsed during the period. This complex circumstances made her to lose her self confidence.

She however experienced a major mindset shift that made her to open up her mind to discovering her authentic self. That kick started her journey of transformation and abundance. Dr Joy Onyesoh was able to unleash the power within her to reframe her perspective of success and is now living a limitless life of abundance .

She leverages on her personal transformative journey, her over twenty years experience working with women from diverse philosophical background , over ten years professional experience in transformative leadership and five years coaching experience to help women unleash their full potentials, achieve peak performance and live a life of limitless possibilities. She is committed to providing exceptional services to her clients in entrepreneurship, transformative leadership and personal brand development .

Dr . Joy Onyesoh is the first black and African President of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) a 105 year old organisation and the oldest international women’s peace organisation in the world.

Joy Onyesoh is an alumnus of the California Institute of Integral Studies San Francisco California , prestigious Golda Meir MASHAV Carmel international Training Center Israel and the Women’s Human Rights Institute, University of Toronto Canada.

Joy is a Rotarian and a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International . She has received several organisational and international awards for her role in promoting women’s rights and empowering women. Dr Joy Onyesoh’s most recent award is the 2019 Female Civility Award from the First Ladies Global Institute Dallas Texas for her commitment to women’s empowerment globally .
